Sens. Pitch Compromise Climate Legislation

Law360, New York (December 10, 2009, 6:17 PM ET) -- As President Barack Obama prepares for the climate change conference in Copenhagen, three U.S. senators have unveiled a plan for a compromise climate bill that is aimed at courting support from Republicans.
