Obama May Shelve Cap-And-Trade Plans — For Now

Law360, New York (February 03, 2010, 1:23 PM ET) -- President Barack Obama has indicated that he may be willing to set aside plans to implement a cap-and-trade system for greenhouse gas emissions in order to focus on first passing tax breaks and investment incentives to make clean energy and efficiency technology cheaper.
