Law360, New York (February 11, 2010, 6:51 PM ET) -- General Electric Co. has accused Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Ltd. of infringing two more of its patents for wind turbine technology, just over a month after the U.S. International Trade Commission determined that the Tokyo-based manufacturer had not infringed three related GE patents.
