Well Owners Hit Back In Migrating Gas Dustup

Law360, New York (February 18, 2010, 4:46 PM ET) -- Seven defendants accused by Northern Natural Gas Co. of capitalizing on gas that migrated onto their properties from Northern storage wells have denied the allegations and lodged their own claims, contending the plaintiff should be held liable for trespass, nuisance and unjust enrichment.
