USG&E Plays Antitrust Card In NYSEG Trademark Suit

Law360, New York (February 18, 2010, 4:04 PM ET) -- U.S. Gas & Electric Inc. has struck back in a trademark infringement suit brought by New York State Electric & Gas Corp., arguing that the utility has given affiliate NYSEG Solutions an unfair competitive advantage by allowing it to use NYSEG's name and logo.
