Law360, New York (April 13, 2010, 3:02 PM ET) -- Energy company specialist and former Thompson & Knight LLP partner Dallas Parker has joined the Houston office of Mayer Brown LLP as a partner in the firm's corporate and securities practice.
Parker had been managing partner of Thompson & Knight's Houston office. He officially joined Mayer Brown on Monday after about a decade at his old firm.
Previously, Parker was with the firm of Brown Parker & Leahy, which merged with Thompson & Knight in 1999. He began his career at Fulbright & Jaworski LLP....
