EU To Accept Svenska Antitrust Commitments

Law360, New York (April 13, 2010, 3:38 PM ET) -- The European Union's antitrust regulator is reportedly set to accept Svenska Kraftnat's offer to lift its limits on how much energy its power grid can export out of Sweden.

The European Commission will clear the Swedish grid operator's proposal to change the way it manages congestion on its network on Wednesday, according to a Reuters report citing an anonymous source familiar with the dispute.
