MMS Regulators In Hot Seat Over BP Oil Spill

Darrell Issa, R-Calif., are calling for an investigation into whether cozy ties with energy companies led Minerals Management Service officials to overlook safety flaws on oil rigs, including the BP PLC-operated rig at the center of the recent catastrophic Gulf of Mexico spill.
