Law360, New York (June 02, 2010, 12:01 PM ET) -- On Feb. 3, 2010, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency issued its long-awaited amendments to the National Renewable Fuel Standard program (“RFS2”), which increased mandated quotas of ethanol, biodiesel and other biofuels in the U.S. transportation fuel supply.
