Law360, New York (July 06, 2010, 12:42 PM ET) -- Cliffs Natural Resources Inc. announced Tuesday that it would pay $757 million to acquire the West Virginia coal mining operations of privately held INR Energy LLC, aiming to complement and boost its current coal output with INR's high-quality thermal and metallurgical coal products.
