Law360, New York (July 13, 2010, 5:31 PM ET) -- Former Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP lawyer Blake J. Nelson has joined Morrison & Foerster LLP as of counsel, bringing his nuclear regulatory expertise to a firm that represents Toshiba Corp. in several large nuclear sector transactions.
Nelson, who holds a doctorate in political science and worked as an analyst for the Minnesota Legislature before entering law full-time, started at MoFo on July 1, though the firm announced his move only Monday. He joins the firm's energy and project finance practices.
