Endangered Species Claims Added To Oil Spill Suit

Law360, New York (July 27, 2010, 2:12 PM ET) -- The Center for Biological Diversity has filed an amended complaint against Secretary of the Interior Ken Salazar and the former Minerals Management Service, saying they need to reanalyze how large oil spills resulting from drilling could impact the Gulf of Mexico’s endangered whales and sea turtles.
