Law360, New York (August 13, 2010, 4:03 PM ET) -- As part of a broader effort to regulate greenhouse gases, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has unveiled two proposed rules to help companies that plan to build new facilities or expand existing ones obtain Clean Air Act permits in compliance with tougher emissions standards.
