PPL, E.ON Settle Energy Suppliers' Merger Worries

Law360, New York (September 16, 2010, 4:47 PM ET) -- PPL Corp. and E.ON U.S. have reached a settlement with two power suppliers that raised competition concerns with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission over PPL’s planned $7.2 billion acquisition of the U.S. unit of German power giant E.ON AG.
