Ecuadoreans' Atty Told To Keep Docs In Chevron Case

Law360, New York (November 22, 2010, 8:14 PM ET) -- A federal judge has ordered an attorney representing Ecuadorean environmental claimants to keep evidence sought by Chevron Corp. within the New York area while litigation continues over how much will be made available to the energy giant's probe of criminal charges as part of a long-running feud over pollution in the Amazon rain forest.
