Law360, New York (November 23, 2010, 8:43 PM ET) -- Exxon Mobil Corp., BP America Inc., ConocoPhillips Corp. and Shell Oil Co. are seeking to defeat a group of U.S. cities' bid to revive its antitrust suit accusing the companies of conspiring to fix the price of natural gas supplies.
In a brief filed Monday, the energy companies asked the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit to uphold a lower court's decision that the plaintiffs had not shown enough evidence to establish an inference of conspiracy.
