Law360, New York (January 12, 2011, 4:35 PM ET) -- Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney PC has bolstered its energy practice by absorbing Ryan Russell Ogden & Seltzer PC, a six-attorney Pennsylvania firm that focused on energy, utility and renewables matters.
Ryan Russell co-founding partners W. Edwin Ogden and Alan M. Seltzer joined Buchanan Ingersoll as shareholders, as did partner John Povilaitis, the former chief counsel for the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, the firm said Monday.
Jeffrey Franklin came over to Buchanan Ingersoll as counsel, while Brigid Good joined as an associate.
