Law360, New York (February 18, 2011, 7:33 PM ET) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's climate change regulations seem unlikely to impose much of a burden on existing facilities in the short term, but that will not stop battles over their potential impact from heating up in the courts and Congress, experts say.
