Massey Unit Hit With Suit Over Tainted Water

Law360, New York (January 27, 2011, 4:18 PM ET) -- An environmental group has accused a subsidiary of embattled coal producer Massey Energy Co. of dumping pollutants into a tributary of West Virginia’s Big Coal River in violation of the Clean Water Act.
