Law360, New York (February 22, 2011, 3:43 PM ET) -- Oil refiners Holly Corp. and Frontier Oil Corp. announced Tuesday they would merge to create a $7 billion enterprise with an increased focus on resources in the central and southwestern U.S., as well as parts of Canada.
The all-stock merger will create one of the largest U.S. refiners, which will be called HollyFrontier Corp., the companies said.
