Judge Won't Force $92M In Exxon Valdez Payments

Law360, New York (March 08, 2011, 2:15 PM ET) -- A federal judge in Alaska on Monday tossed a third-party motion to force Exxon Mobil Corp. to pay an additional $92.2 million in damages in a long-running case over the 1989 Exxon Valdez oil spill.
