Dooney Founder Asks Court To Retry Oil Bribery Case

Law360, New York (March 10, 2011, 6:18 PM ET) -- A co-founder of handbag company Dooney & Bourke convicted of conspiring to bribe Azerbaijani officials during an oil deal asked a New York federal court for a retrial Wednesday, alleging a prosecutor admitted the government's key witness' testimony was false.
