Investors Get $16M In Headwaters IP Fraud Action

Law360, New York (April 11, 2011, 3:24 PM ET) -- A Tennessee federal judge on Monday awarded $16 million to a class of shareholders in now-defunct Adtech Inc. who alleged they were defrauded by Headwaters Inc. through a scheme to transfer a patent for coal agglomeration technology.
