Pemex Unit Sues Over Stolen Condensate Cartel Scheme

Law360, New York (June 01, 2011, 2:53 PM ET) -- A unit of Mexico's state-owned oil company Petroleos Mexicanos sued Western Refining Co., Plains All American Pipeline LP and others in Texas on Sunday contending that they were part, in some cases unwittingly, of a cross-border smuggling conspiracy over stolen natural gas condensate.
