US Sues ConocoPhillips For Texas Navy Plant Cleanup

Law360, New York (June 16, 2011, 7:13 PM ET) -- The U.S. filed suit on Thursday against ConocoPhillips Co. to recoup funds the U.S. Navy paid to clean up hazardous waste on the site of a former munitions plant in Texas that was operated by the energy company’s predecessor.
