EPA Official Blasts Bills Delaying Boiler Emissions Regs

Law360, New York (September 08, 2011, 3:49 PM ET) -- A top U.S. Environmental Protection Agency official on Thursday told members of a House energy subcommittee that bills pushing back the issuance and implementation of standards limiting harmful emissions from boilers, incinerators and cement kilns would further delay long overdue public health protections.
