Law360, New York (October 17, 2011, 6:41 PM ET) -- A Texas appeals court earlier this month ordered a lower court judge to narrow a discovery order against Halliburton Energy Services Inc. in a suit claiming Halliburton broke a contract with a former in-house lawyer by not giving him as many cases as promised after he left the company.
