La. Must Deliver Deepwater Docs Or Face Fines: Judge

Law360, New York (October 27, 2011, 10:14 PM ET) -- The magistrate judge overseeing the Deepwater Horizon oil spill multidistrict litigation ordered the state of Louisiana on Thursday to produce documents requested by BP PLC or face fines and the possible dismissal of its claims from the suit.
