AAI Backs 9th Circ. Revival Of State Claims In Gas MDL

Law360, New York (December 06, 2011, 9:14 PM ET) -- The American Antitrust Institute on Monday urged the Ninth Circuit to overturn a Nevada federal judge’s decision to nix state law claims that several natural gas companies conspired to inflate prices because the claims were preempted by federal energy regulators’ jurisdiction over price-reporting practices.
