Law360, New York (December 14, 2011, 7:06 PM ET) -- Pipeline and energy storage giant Kinder Morgan Inc. is building a $130 million petroleum processing facility in Houston, the company announced Wednesday, continuing a big infrastructure development push.
Kinder Morgan Energy Partners LP, the firm’s publicly traded pipeline master limited partnership, will construct and operate a petroleum condensate processing facility near its 415-acre Galena Park terminal on the Houston ship channel, the pipeline company said.
