Law360, New York (December 15, 2011, 6:22 PM ET) -- Colorado's oil and gas regulator on Tuesday unveiled a proposed rule that would require oil and gas drillers to disclose the substances and concentrations of chemicals used in hydraulic fracturing operations.
The Colorado Oil and Gas Conservation Commission unanimously approved a draft version of the rule, which would depart from similar rules in other states by requiring companies to be specific about all chemical concentrations.
