Law360, New York (January 03, 2012, 6:26 PM ET) -- A Sempra Energy unit has agreed to buy Willmut Gas & Oil Co. for an undisclosed amount, giving it access to 20,000 customers in Mississippi and expanding the unit's natural gas services in the Southeast, Sempra said Tuesday.
Sempra U.S. Gas & Power LLC will pick up Hattiesburg, Miss.-based Willmut, which has operated for more than 75 years in the city and portions of nearby Covington, Jones, Rankin and Simpson counties, Sempra said.
