Law360, New York (July 18, 2007, 12:00 AM ET) -- A district judge has found Citgo Refining and Chemicals Co. guilty on criminal charges of killing migratory ducks which ingested or were coated with oil from a Citgo refinery.
At the conclusion of a bench trial Tuesday, U.S. District Judge John D. Rainey found Citgo guilty on three misdemeanor criminal violations of the Migratory Bird Treaty Act.
