Law360, New York (January 11, 2012, 7:13 PM ET) -- Texas utility giant CPS Energy has tapped a South Korean developer to build what would be the world's largest solar installation — a 400-megawatt project expected to top $1 billion — to help meet its 2020 renewable energy goals, the company said Wednesday.
CPS, which is owned by the city of San Antonio, will pay undisclosed rates to OCI Solar Power, a subsidiary of South Korean chemical producer OCI Co. Ltd., over the 25-year life of the power purchase agreement, according to CPS.
