Law360, New York (February 17, 2012, 2:26 PM ET) -- An international arbitration panel on Thursday issued an interim order blocking all branches of Ecuador's government from enforcing an $18 billion judgment against Chevron Corp. in a bitter fight over pollution in the Amazon rain forest.
