Nebraska Votes To Resurrect Keystone XL Review

Law360, New York (March 30, 2012, 5:15 PM ET) -- Nebraska's legislature voted Thursday to resurrect the state's review of the Keystone XL pipeline, the first step to resolving the environmental concerns that contributed to President Barack Obama's decision to reject TransCanada Corp.'s application in January.

The bill, which passed 35-2, still needs two more approval votes, because Nebraska has just a single legislative house.
