Calif. Group Derides Wave Power Permit Bid

Law360, New York (April 10, 2012, 8:00 PM ET) -- A California environmental group expressed concerns on Friday over a 100-megawatt wave energy plant in northern California proposed by GreenWave Energy Solutions LLC, calling the proposal “frivolous” after a previous GreenWave permit for a similar project was canceled.
