Law360, New York (April 27, 2012, 2:28 PM ET) -- Foster Wheeler Energy Corp. held onto its victory in a lawsuit claiming it exposed a Shell Chemical plant worker to asbestos-containing products, with a California appeals court ruling Thursday there was no evidence showing the company was to blame.
The appeals court backed a lower court's decision to grant summary judgment to Foster Wheeler in a lawsuit brought by the family of Ronald Davis, an instrument technician who was diagnosed with mesothelioma in 2008 and died in 2009, according to the ruling.
