Law360, New York (May 09, 2012, 4:25 PM ET) -- A federal judge pared claims Tuesday from an Ohio electricity cooperative's contract lawsuit alleging contractor Bechtel Power Corp. lowballed the cost estimate for a coal-fired power plant by more than $1 billion, but declined to limit damages under the plaintiff's contract claim.
