Law360, New York (May 09, 2012, 7:22 PM ET) -- A transactional partner who advises primarily Texas and New York-based private equity firms and other institutional investors on energy and project finance investments has left Vinson & Elkins LLP to join Sidley Austin LLP as a partner in its Houston office, Sidley said Wednesday.
Cliff W. Vrielink, formerly a partner in Vinson's Houston office, joined Sidley on Tuesday. He is one of the first new hires at Sidley's Houston office, which opened in February.
