Oh, The Places Fracking Will Go: Impact Of BLM Regs

Law360, New York (June 01, 2012, 12:53 PM ET) -- On May 11, 2012, the U.S. Bureau of Land Management (BLM, or the bureau), which is part of the U.S. Department of the Interior, published its proposed rule for regulating hydraulic fracturing on public and Indian lands. 77 Fed. Reg. 27,691.

As expected, the proposal addresses public disclosure of fracturing fluid constituents, wellbore integrity and wastewater management.
