Enviros Ask To Halt Pipeline After Alleged Lax Permitting

Law360, New York (May 18, 2012, 3:30 PM ET) -- Two Louisiana conservation groups on Wednesday asked a Washington federal judge to halt a pipeline project near the Ouachita River after a federal permitting agency shirked its responsibility to conduct a thorough assessment of the project and its impact on the waterway.
