Law360, New York (May 21, 2012, 4:35 PM ET) -- Activist investor Carl Icahn has ramped up his stake in Texas oil and gas refiner CVR Energy Inc. to 80 percent, giving him total control of the company's board of directors, Icahn said Monday.
