Calif. Senate Rejects CPUC Transparency Bill

Law360, San Diego (May 21, 2012, 10:49 PM ET) -- A bill stemming from the deadly 2010 gas pipeline blast in San Bruno, Calif., that requires the state Public Utilities Commission to make accident reports and other information available to the public fell shy a couple of votes to gain approval in the state Senate on Monday.
