Law360, New York (June 08, 2012, 5:45 PM ET) -- The Iowa Supreme Court on Friday approved MidAmerican Energy Holdings Co.'s wind energy expansion that will yield up to 1,001 megawatts, saying the state's utility regulator was right to give MidAmerican leeway to hike customers' rates to cover project costs.
