Law360, New York (June 11, 2012, 10:00 PM ET) -- Nearly a third of Congress on Monday urged Energy Secretary Steven Chu to consult utilities, power co-ops, and state and federal officials before pursuing plans to reform the four agencies that oversee the nation’s hydropower marketing, warning the move could be costly.
