Law360, New York (June 13, 2012, 3:31 PM ET) -- Military contractor Echelon LLC urged a Washington federal judge Monday to force the U.S. Army to comply with a Freedom of Information Act request and release records central to an arbitration dispute between the two over a contract to manufacture flexible fuel tanks.
