2nd Circ. Backs Limited FERC Review Of Marcellus Pipeline

Law360, New York (June 12, 2012, 8:11 PM ET) -- The Second Circuit on Tuesday upheld the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission’s approval of a 39-mile natural gas pipeline in northeast Pennsylvania, reinforcing FERC and industry arguments that the commission need not examine whether a proposed pipeline would spark significant new natural gas development in the region.
