DuPont, BP Win Halt To Rival's Fuel Sales In Patent Fight

Law360, New York (June 13, 2012, 7:16 PM ET) -- A joint venture of DuPont Co. and BP PLC won a court order from a Delaware federal judge Tuesday temporarily stopping rival Gevo Inc. from filling new orders for isobutanol as the companies continue their legal fight over patents on the biofuel technology.
