Kodiak Joins Cos. Accusing Enbridge Of Oil Pipeline Bias

Law360, New York (June 19, 2012, 6:02 PM ET) -- Colorado-based Kodiak Oil & Gas Corp. on Monday became the latest energy company to accuse common carrier Enbridge Energy LP of discriminating against U.S. producers by shutting them out of its pipeline system in favor of Canadian tar sands operations — a charge the oil transport giant adamantly denies.
